Currently the best apus are the APPLE M line, they have massive bandwidth beyond the ryzen halo and nvidia digits apus, while also packing quite a punch in terms of gpu as well as a ton of memory.

Very good for local ai models.

The Apple stuff is really impressive, I was surprised how much they improved over time.
